General care of products

We recommend dry cleaning as the best way to take care of all fabrics and finished goods. If you do wash, please do so with cool water, non-bleach mild detergent and line dry.

Some fabrics run the risk of fading if you wash them so please take extra care with these products.

Orders and delivery

We use UPS for the sending and delivery of our products – the total cost of your order will include a delivery charge. We recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays. All deliveries must be signed-for at the delivery address you provide to us as part of your order.

Returns

• Returns must be made within 28 DAYS of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Items should be in their original condition.
• You will be responsible for the shipping & handling charges.
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited via Paypal. Paypal will send you an email notifying you of your returned funds.
• Returns will be processed within 2 weeks of our warehouse receiving your item.
